SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Endless Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Scots Lane to its junction with Belle Vue Road; B) Belle Vue Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Endless Street to its junction with Albany Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative routes: Northbound via Albany Road - Wyndham Road - Castle Street - Scots Lane. Southbound via Endless Street (unaffected length) - Chipper Lane - Castle Street - Wyndham Road -Swaynes Close - Belle View Road (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 15 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for until17 November 2021. C) White Hill (Part), Pitton and Farley; from outside of property known as Houndwood in a southerly direction to outside of property known as Bramley Cottage to enable BT to carry out access to overhead communications network and associated works. This Order will come into operation on 19 November 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) East Hatch, West Tisbury; from its junction with Newtown South East to its junction with Hatch Lane to enable BT to replace decaying poles and associated works. Alternative route via Hatch Lane, Newtown South East and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. F) Figsbury Road (Part), Winterbourne; from its junction with A338 to a point 20m south east of its junction with Kingsbourne Close; G) Kingsboume Close, Winterbourne; from its junction with Figsbury Road for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 29 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 3 November 2021 with no weekend working. Alternative route via New Road - Scotts Hill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 2 days. This Order will come into operation on 25 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:30 and 18:00 for 3 days. J) C24 (Part), Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Lower Chicksgrove for a distance of approximately 680m in an easterly direction to enable BT to carry out retention of cables and associated works. Alternative route via C24 (unaffected length) - C301 - C276 - B3089 - C24 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. K) Stephenson Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Telford Road for the remaining length of road in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out access to underground structure and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 26 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 until 27 October 2021. L) Church Road (Part), Laverstock and Ford; from its junction with Duck Lane to its junction with Bishops Mead to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway speed control cushion replacement works. Alternative route via Church Road (unaffected length) - A30 London Road - Wain-A-Long Road - Riverside Road and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 27 July 2020 will now recommence on 27 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 until 29 October 2020. For further information please contact Kristian Price of Atkins on 01225 730410. Orders A) to K) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order L) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Lower Street, Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with New Road to its junction with West End Lane; B) West End Lane, Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Lower Street to its junction with Milkwell to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out application of Micro Asphalt, adjustment of ironwork, reinstatement of road markings and associated maintenance works. Alternative route via New Road, Scotts Hill, Sands Lane, Whitsans Cross, A30, Milkwell and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 06 September 2021 will now recommence on 27 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 28 October 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, OLD SARUM, LAVERSTOCK AND FORD) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Bailey Mews, Bunting Lane, Buzzard Road, Castle Well Drive, Castle Well Mews, Castle Well Road, Crosier Close, Curlew Road, Devonald Way, Dlnnls Way, Grouse Road, Henry Lane, Herman Way, Hillfort Mews, Jay Drive, Kestrel Drive, Lanfranc Close, Lapwing Drive, Lark Lane, Mitre Way, Norman Drive, Pheasant Drive, Ramsbury Drive, Robin Road, Roger Way, Sherboume Drive, Virginia Way and Walter Way - the complete lengths. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (EGRESS ROAD FROM TESCO EXTRA OFF NEW PETERSFINGER ROAD, SALISBURY) (PROHIBITION OF LEFT HAND TURN) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 13 September 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a Prohibition of Left Hand Turn from the Egress Road from Tesco Extra off New Petersfinger Road onto New Petersfinger Road. Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which is to introduce School keep clear entrance markings in the Parish of Laverstock and Ford with the restriction No Stopping at any time on entrance markings on Church Road - south east side - i) from a point 20 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern vehicular access to the St Josephs/St Edmunds and Wyvem College School Campus to a point 18 metres south west of that junction ii) from a point 20 metres north east of its junction with the south western vehicular access to the St Josephs/St Edmunds and Wyvem College School Campus to a point 18 metres south west of that junction. Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To introduce No Waiting at any time and No Loading at any time on Middleton - east side - ii) from the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction; from a point 31 metres north of the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction; Middleton - west side - from a point 5 metres north of the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 13 metres in a southerly direction.
Order 2 - To formalise the School keep clear entrance marking outside of Winterslow Primary School with the restriction No Stopping on entrance markings on Middleton - east side - from the boundary of Winterslow Primary School and Red House Stables for a distance of 31 metres in a northerly direction.
