NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Iceland, Unit 4, Sterling Road, Clifton Moor Centre, YO30 4WZ. Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the York City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0800 to 2300 and Sunday: 1000 to 2230. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday, 11th March 2014 to the Licensing Section, York City Council, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YO10 3DS, where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
