Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that RYAN WRIGLEY has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Premises: RYE'S DELI, 62 SEAMOOR ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH, BH4 9AS

The proposed licensable activity is: SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON AND OFF THE PREMISES 0900hrs - MDT daily LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT 2300hrs-MDT daily

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

Representation must be received no later than 17/03/14. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
