NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
HYSBYSIAD GWNEUD GORCHYMYN
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH N° 15 LLANCARFAN) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
The above Order, made on the 24* September 2021, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from a point on the highway at Burton NGR 303351 167731 and proceeding northwards under the B4265 then along the Kenson valley before climbing out of the valley to terminate southwest of Llancadle at NGR 303410 168039, to a point on the highway at Burton NGR 303279 167762 and proceeding northwards under the B4265 then along the edge of the valley on higher ground before climbing out of the valley to terminate southwest of Llancadle at NGR 303410 168039 as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at The Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU. Copies of the Order and map may be bought at the price of £4.50.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Regeneration and Planning, The Docks Office, Subway Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF63 4RT not later than the 18th November 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Vale of Glamorgan Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 24 Medi 2021, o dan Adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn dargyfeirio'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus sy'n rhedeg o bwynt ar y briffordd yn Burton NGR 303351 167731 ac yn mynd tua'r gogledd o dan y B4265 yna ar hyd dyffryn Kenson cyn dringo allan o'r dyffryn i derfynu i'r de-orllewin o Lancatal yn NGR 303410 168039, i bwynt ar y briffordd yn Burton NGR 303279 167762 ac yn mynd tua'r gogledd o dan y B4265 yna ar hyd ymyl y dyffryn ar dir uwch cyn dringo allan o'r dyffryn i derfynu i'r de-orllewin o Lancatal yn NGR 303410 168039 fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn wedi eu gosod a gellir mynd i'w gweld am ddim yn y Swyddfeydd Dinesig, Heol Holltwn, Y Barri, CF63 4RU. Gellir prynu copiau o'r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn am £4.50.
Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau am y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiadau iddo yn ysgrifenedig at y Pennaeth Adfywio a Chynllunio, Swyddfa'r Dociau, Heol Yr Isffordd, Y Barri, Bro Morgannwg, CF63 4RT dim hwyrach na 18 Tachwedd 2021. Nodwch ar ba seiliau rydych yn eu gwneud.
Os na ddaw unrhyw sylwadau na gwrthwynebiadau i law, neu os chant eu tynnu'n 01, caiff Cyngor Bro Morgannwg gadarnhau'r Gorchymyn fel un nas gwrthwynebir. Os anfonir y Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau, caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na chawsant eu tynnu'n 01 eu hanfon gyda'r Gorchymyn.
