NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that SHALIM ABDUL has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Flamin Chooks, 60 St. Thomas Street, Weymouth, DT4 9EQ. The proposed licensable activities are; License to serve alcohol in restaurant Monday - Sunday between the hours of 10am and 11 pm.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 24 March 2014. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
