Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Auth­ority of Warrington Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, Crosfield Street; Bankside,Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1UQ The proposed variation is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 06:00 to 00:00 every day of the week A full copy of the above application is kept by tne Licensing Section,Warring­ton Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street Warrington, WA1 1UH The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington,WAI lUH at any time up to and including 9 November 2021. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Lic­ence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5. Dated 12 October 2021
