Application has been made byAldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Conwy County Bor­ough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, 394 Abergele Road, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 9LU.The proposed variation is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 06:00 to 00:00 every day of the week. Any person wishing to make repres­entations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box I CONWY, LL30 9GN at any time up to and including 9 November 2021, Representations received after this date will not be considered.A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence App­lication. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
