Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Auth­ority ofWirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, 144 Bebington Road, Port Sunlight, Wirral, CH62 SBJ. The proposed variation is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 06:00 to 00:00 every day of the week. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing AuthorityTown Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make represent­ation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority.Town Hall, Brigh­ton Street, Wallasey at any time up to and including 9 November 2021. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false state­ment in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
