Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Conwy County Bor­ough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, Mostyn Champneys Retail Park, Llandudno, LL30 1RY flie proposed variation is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 06:00 to 00:00 every day of the week. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, TO Box I, CONWY, L130 9GN at any time up to and including 9 November 2021. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the appli­cation can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Appli­cation. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
