APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003 I, R J Webb give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below: Sale of Alcohol, Live/Recorded Music, Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 00:30, Sunday 12:00 - 22:30. Late Night Refreshment, Monday to Saturday 23:00 - 00:30. The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 11th November 2021 to: Licensing Services, PO Bos 883, Civic Centre, Newport, South Wales, NP20 9LR. It is an offence knowlingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
