PUBLIC NOTICE -LICENSING ACT 2003 To Whom It May Concern: We EJP Entertainment Limited do hereby give notice that we haveapplied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at Towyn Road, Towyn, Abergele LL22 9EN known as Sonnys Cafe and BarThe application is to: - 1.Extend the hours during which live music is provided to 5pm-3am Sunday to Thursday and 5pm-3am Friday and Saturday, to include amplified music;2.Extend the hours during which recorded music is provided to 9am-3am Monday to Sunday, to include amplified music;3.Extend the hours during which performances of dance are provided from 9am-3am Monday to Sunday, to include amplified music;4.Extend the hours during which anything similar to live music, recorded music or performance of dance are provided to 9am-3am Monday to Sunday, to include amplified music;5.Extend the hours during which late night refreshment is provided from 11pm-3.00am Monday to Sunday;6.Extend the hours during which alcohol will be sold for consumption on and off the premises to 9amMonday to Sunday; and7.Extend the hours that the premises are open to the public from 9am-3.00am Monday to Sunday8.We are amending the plans and are submitting a new plan to includethe upstairs area of the building. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
