Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence We, AVTRONICS LTD, hereby make a variation application for a Premises Licence in respect of the Premises at 1191 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 3JB The proposed variation is to change the permitted hours for the sale of Alcohol from Mondays to Saturdays 11:00am to 11:00pm, and on Sundays, from 11:00am to 10:30pm, to allow for the sale of Alcohol for the consumption off the premises for 24 hours per day Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 14th November 2021. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) , Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
