LICENSING ACT 2003 I Susan Radmore give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Poly 34 Church Street Falmouth TR11 3EG The application is to : Remove current conditions found in Annex 2 and replace with relevant conditions. Standardise Sunday licensable hours to be in line with the rest of the week. Extend alcohol hours by one hour from 23:00 00:00, to be in line with current regulated entertainment hours. Change premises licence name from 'Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society' to 'The Poly' The existing licence plan only has a small bar and café area outlined in red. We intend to have craft fairs etc selling sealed containers of alcohol as off sales - Christmas hampers etc. Extend premises closing time to 00:30 to allow for a drinking up period when required.
