Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Flintshire County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the George & Dragon at Church Street, Flint, Flintshire, CH6 5AE.The application includes the following terms:- I. Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit sale of alcohol externally and entertainment to 23:00 hours. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 6NF. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd November 2021 (

). It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
