Dog Control Order, Upper Heyford

Under the Dog Control Procedures Regulations of 2006 the Upper Heyford Parish Council (Oxon) proposes the imposition of a Dog Control Order for the Upper Heyford Village. The order will require dog owners to keep their dogs on a lead in all public areas of the Village, with the exeception of the Somerton Road recreation ground.

The area covered is bounded by the entrance to the village from north or south on Somerton Road, the western terminus of campRoad, the ends of Allen's Lane, Orchard Lane and Church Lane and all public areas, highways and walkways Within. A map showing the area concerned can be viewed by application to the Upper Heyford Parish Clerk.
