(District of Tendring) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.17) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To upgrade the existing advisory disabled bays to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bays:
Road Description
Victory Road, Clacton  EAST SIDE: From the boundary of 28 and 30 Victory Road, northwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres. New sign to be Installed.

2. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only restrictions:
Road Description
Manor Road, Harwich  WEST SIDE: from a point at the boundary of numbers 74 and 76 Manor Road, southwards for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres. Sign to be removed from property wall.
Newgate Street, Frinton & Walton EAST SIDE: from a point 1.1 metres from the boundary of number 2 Newgate Street, northwest for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres. Sign and post to be removed.

3. To implement Disabled Badge Holders Only restrictions:
Road Description
Warwick Road, Clacton SOUTHEAST SIDE: from a point at the southern boundary of number 28 Warwick Road, north easterly for a distance of approximately 4.8 metres. Sign to be installed on wall of property number 28.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (District of Tendring) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM245 310 Revision 1 to Revision 2.TM165 152 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Maria Street, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maria Street, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Stour Road to its junction with Albemarle Street a distance of approximately 85m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11 th November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320521 - Essex County Council), The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway investigation and repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Stour Road, Coke Street, Albemarle Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Waddesdon Road/Grafton Road, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Waddesdon Road/ Grafton Road, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from the junction with High Street to the junction with Gwynne Road a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320513 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Grafton Road, Park Road, High Street. The Order will come into effect on 22nd October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fryatt Avenue/Deepdale Road, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fryatt Avenue/ Deepdale Road, Dovercourt, in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Parkeston Road to the junction with The vlneway a distance of approximately 435m. The closure Is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320674 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Parkeston Road, Main Road, Ashley Road, Douglas Road, The Ridgeway, The Vineway and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Grange Road, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from its junction with School Lane to its junction with Bromley Road a distance of approximately 165m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above length of road for the duration of the above closure.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019° will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th October 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314734 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while vegetation clearance and footway construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Bromley Road, Wignall Street, School Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hordle Street/Mill Lane, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Hordle Street, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Empire Road to its junction with Mill Lane a distance of approximately 25m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with High Street to its end a distance of approximately 175m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 26th October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320639 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Street, Kingsway, Hordle Street, Empire Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.7) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in the Schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting. No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time" restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th October 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
