Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Essex County Council Waste Operations to regularise the site boundary and for the continued use of the land for landfill gas control and electricity generation with a revised site layout and upgraded gas and electricity control infrastructure on Land at Bell House Farm, Church Lane, Stanway. at Bellhouse Farm, Church Lane, Stanway, C03 8LS -ESS/86/21 /COL

(Coggeshall Road, Feering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Feering in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 120m north west of its junction with Glebe Gardens for a distance of approximately 21 Om in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS96695A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, Feering Road, East Street, Colchester Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120, Broad Green, Marks Tey Roundabout, A120 J A12 West Roundabout, Station Road, A120, A12, Prince Of Wales Roundabout, London Road, A12, Roman Road, A12, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21 st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Potash Farm Road, Bradwell/Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Potash Farm Road, Bradwell/ Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Compasses Road to the junction with Hovells Farm Road a distance of approximately 765m. The closure is scheduled tc commence on 12th November 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT028-E-GREYHEY - Gigadear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Hovells Farm Road, A120 From J A131 /b1256 To J B1024 North of Coggeshall, Stock Street, Coggeshall Road, Doghouse Road, Church Road, Old Road, Compasses Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21 st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Buckley's Lane, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buckley's Lane, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Tey Road for a distance of approximately 155m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01459238605 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Buckleys Lane, Coggeshall Road, The Street, Burnt House Road, Burnthouse Road, Earls Colne Road, America Road, Coggeshall Road, Colne Road, Tey Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Stoneham Street, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Stoneham Street, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Robinsbridge Road to its junction with Queen Street a distance of approximately 150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2021 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT036-E-TYRC -Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Stoneham Street, Tilkey Road, Jaggards Road, Queen Street, Vane Lane, Church Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
