ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1 - The Brighton & Hove (Filming Grace S2) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2021
In Church Street the Filming Grace S2 is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Filming Grace S2 to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:
The Temporary Road Closure of Church Street between the junctions of Spring Gardens and Windsor Street on Monday, 18th October 2021 from 12:00 to 17:30
This order shall be cited as the Filming Grace S2 (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2021 and shall be in force for the above date and times or until safe to reopen.
