DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL Licensing Act 2003 A new premises licence application has been made by Thistle Property Holdings Group Ltd to licence the following premises Estabulo 9 Feethams Darlington DL1 5AD The proposed application is to apply to carry out the following activities: Sale of Alcohol (On Sales): 11:30am to 23:30 Recorded Music: 11:30 to 23:00 Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 to 23:30 The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk Written representations must be received no later than 4th November 2021.
