PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Jason Dellbridge has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Waters Edge Café, 19 Coombe Street, Lyme Regis, DT7 3PR for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday to Sunday, 11:00 21:00.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
