Licensing Act 2003 Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that the Tuatara Bar has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Tuatara Bar, 23 St Edmund Street, Weymouth, DT4 8AS

The proposed licensable activities are:
File ammended Plan following restructuring.
To remove conditions to facilitate better legal operation and allow a drummer to play.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 26-3-14 The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowinglyorrecklesslytomakeafalsestatementinconnection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
