LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Arch Light Cinemas Limited has applied to Wandsworth Borough Council on 6th October 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Battersea Power Station Cinema, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Battersea Power Station, SW11 8DD for the provision of the Sale by retail of alcohol, Films, Recorded Music and Live Music on Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 00:00 and Friday & Saturday 08:00 to 02:00 and Late Night Refreshment on Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:00 and Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 02:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to mate a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX to be received by no later than 3rd November 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
