(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 15) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 permanent.
The effect of the Order:
1. To introduce double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) on Avey Lane, Church Lane, Church Road, Claypit Hill, Cross Roads, Earls Path, Epping New Road, Fairmead Road, Forest Road, Forest Side, Manor Road, the access road off Manor Road, Mott Street, Pauls Nursery Road, the access road to the field centre off Pauls Nursery Road, Pynest Green Lane, Reservoir Road, Shaftesbury, Staples Road, Wake Road and Wellington Hill; introduce permit parking places on Church Lane (for permit holders HBC1), High Beach Church (for permit holders HBC1), outside No.7 Church Road (for permit holders CR1) and outside 'The King's Oak' on Pauls Nursery Road (for permit holders K01); and introduce 'Loading Only' and 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bays outside 'The King's Oak' on Pauls Nursery Road in the district of Epping Forest.
2. To allow premises detailed in column 3, on the road detailed in column 2 of the table in the Schedule to this Notice to apply for resident and visitor permits for the permit zones detailed in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 to this Notice and amend
The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 accordingly.
3. King's Oak Public House and No. 7 Cromans Road will be able to apply for the permit types at the costs detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice. High Beach Church will be able to apply for visitor permits at the costs described in Schedule 3 to this Notice.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing the following tile numbers with revision 1: TQ400 977, TQ410 967, TQ410 970, TQ410 972, TQ410 977, TQ415 985, TQ420 990, TQ425 992; replacing tile number TQ415 965 with revision 2 and introducing the following tiles at revision 0: TQ400 965, TQ400 967, TQ400 970, TQ400 972, TQ400 975, TQ400 980, TQ405 972, TQ405 975, TQ405 977, TQ405 980, TQ405 982, TQ410 980, TQ410 982, TQ410 985, TQ410 987, TQ410 990, TQ410 992, TQ410 995, TQ415 967, TQ415 987, TQ415 990 and TQ420 992.

(Epping Road, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 155m northwest of its junction with Elm Close for a distance of approximately 45m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06040603 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Epping Road Roundabout, Water Lane, Southern Way, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, A414, Hastingwood Roundabout, London Road, High Road, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street, Epping Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21 st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of High Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with St Johns Road to its junction with Grove Lane a distance of approximately 390m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of High Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with St Johns Road to its junction with Grove Lane a distance of approximately 390m.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 27 days, (closure is for 4 nights only within this duration 20:00-06:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304327 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/ restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the renewal of traffic signal installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Street, High Road, Bury Lane, Lindsey Street, Church Hill, Palmers Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (Sewardstone Road/Crooked Mile, Waltham Abbey & Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Suspension of Weight Limit) (No.9) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads tor the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit in that length of Sewardstone Road/ Crooked Mile, Waltham Abbey from the junction with Sewardstone Roundabout to the junction with Crooked Mile Roundabout as detailed in the 'Epping Forest District (Sewardstone Road, Farm Hill Road, Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road, Waltham Abbey) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2002' only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
4. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit in that length of Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey from its junction with Broomstick Hall Road to its junction with Old Shire Lane as detailed in 'Epping Forest Council, Epping Forest District (Farm Hill Road, Honey Lane and Broomstick Hall Road, Waltham Abbey) (7.5 tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2000' only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 21st October 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Pynest Green Lane to its other junction with Pynest Green Lane a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU2772777149874 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main valve maintenance works are undertaken by Thames Water.

(Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 685m southwest of its junction with Mott Street tor a distance of approximately 250m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000808962250110 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Lippitts Hill, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mill Street for a distance of approximately 190m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30084902328 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
