Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following length of road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester.

(Holland Road, Little Clacton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Holland Road, Little Clacton in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 110m east of its junction with Lodge Lane for a distance of approximately 430m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA72990618 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.

) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester, as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 21 st October 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 21 st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Bateman Road, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Samsons Road a distance of approximately 165m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring from its junction with Manor House Way to its junction with Bateman Road a distance of approximately 115m.

3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures only.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stepping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All outer restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The closures/restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while pedestrian island construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
