I GIVE NOTICE that an appeal is being lodged against the decision of Tendring District Council by Mrs A Lawrence for planning permission to construct one aspirational house. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this appeal, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting reference APP/P1560/W/21/3278260
Definitions: * “Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
