An application has been made by McCarthy & Stone Ltd to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District for the grant of a new Premises Licence for Corbett Court (Retirement Living) The Brow, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9BS.

The application includes proposals for the following licensable activities:

The sale of alcohol, by retail, on the premises, for homeowners and their invited guests ONLY

Monday to Sunday 1100 hours to 2300 hours and

New Year's Eve 1100 hours to 0100 hours

- search for 'Licensing Applications received' Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representation on or before 3 November 2021. All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable is £5,000, on summary conviction for the offence.
