NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

That any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of EILEEN LILLIAN RICHARDSON deceased lately of St Edith’s Court, 18 Hillside Crescent, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1EN, previously 26 Glen Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1EU, who died on 25th July 2012, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Lindops Solicitors, 35 Clarence Street, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1BH (Reference: JP/Gibb/G198), and to send such particulars before the date of two months and a day from the date of the publication of this Notice, after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate amongst persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
