A MARINE LITTER STRATEGY FOR SCOTLAND

A determination on the requirement for a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) has been made under Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. It has been determined by Marine Scotland that an SEA is not required to be conducted for the refreshed strategy, which replaces the original strategy published in 2014.
