(Staindrop) (Parking and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2021
The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 4, 34 and 35 & Pt IV of Sch. 9 of the Rd Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to part revoke The County Council of Durham (Frosterley Community School and Staindrop C of E School) (No Stopping on School Entrance Markings) Order 2009 and transfer the existing restrictions currently in force on the roads below to this order. To amend the No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Swan Wynd on the eastern side from a point 9 meters south of its junction with B6274 in a southerly direction for 60 meters.

To introduce New Restrictions 'No Waiting at Any Time' on: a. the A688 on both sides of the road from the western gable of Number 38 Front Street in a easterly then northerly direction tor 43 meters, b. the B6274 on the northern side of the road from its junction with A688 in a easterly direction for 44 meters c. the B6274 on the southern side of the road from its junction with A688 in a easterly direction for 28 meters d. The western side of Swan Wynd from the junction of B6274 in a southerly direction for 9 meters. To Introduce No Waiting and No Load/Unloading Restriction Mon - Fri 8am to 9am and 2pm to 4pm Western side of Swan Wynd from the junction of B6274 in a southerly then westerly direction, including the entrance to Croft House and Broumley Court for a total length of 64 meters.
