Postal address of Premises—26A Market Place Bedale DL8 1EQ. Proposed Licensable Activities—Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 8am and 6pm each day until 10.30pm 20 evenings per year. The Register Of Applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre , Stone Cross , Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing , to the above named by no later than 20/03/2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such is liable to summary conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
