1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Reading Associates LTD of Black Diamond Gentlemen's Club, 108 Friar Street, Reading, RG1 1EP made an application to the Reading Borough Council for the transfer of a licence for a sex establishment at Black Diamond Gentlemen's Club, 108 Friar Street, Reading, RG1 1EP on the 24th September 2021

2. This application is made pursuant to Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

3. Any person who wishes to object to the grant/renewal/transfer of this licence must give notice in writing to the Council, stating in general terms the grounds of his objection, by 21 ST OCTOBER 2021. It must be 28 days from the date of application for the transfer of the licence.

4. All objections should be sent in writing to the Licensing Team, Reading Borough Council, Civic Centre, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU, stating the grounds of objection. Date of Notice Friday 24th September 2021

NOTES: (not part of the prescribed form)
a) The applicant's attention is drawn to the requirements of Paragraphs 8-11 of Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and in particular to the following requirements:-
i) The publication of a Notice in the above form in a local newspaper circulating within the Borough of Reading within 7 days of the application for grant/renewal/transfer of a licence.

ii) The displaying of a Notice in the above form on the premises for which a licence Is sought for at least 21 days, beginning with the date of the application. The Notice must be so located as to be conveniently read by the public.

The sending of a copy of the application to the Chief Officer of Police within 7 days of making the application.
