Soosairaj Arokiasamy has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: Costcutter Local 300 Streatham High Rd London SW16 6HG On the following terms: Retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00 hours to 23:59 hour. Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Licensing, London Borough of Lambeth, 6th Floor, International House, Canterbury Crescent London, SW9 7QE, or view via the licensing authority's website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing or email: licensing@lambeth.gov.uk, must be received no later than 22nd October 2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale.
