(Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 3 and 3(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on the following length of Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford, in the District of Rochford.
Road Description
Cherry Orchard Lane, Rochford.  From its junction with newly constructed Southend Airport Business Park access road, northwards for approximately 56 metres.

(Footpath 2, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 2, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with B1013 High Road, for its entire length (approximately 834 metres) in a northerly and north westerly direction, to its junction with footpath 1 and footpath 3. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14 October 2021 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing and is required for the safety of the public on the grounds of a safety issue which has been identified by Network Rail.
The Order will come into effect on 14 October 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barling Road, Great Wakering/Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Great Wakering/Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from the junction with Shopland Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS366519 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Shopland Road, Sutton Road, Eastern Avenue, Royal Artillery Way, Bournes Green Chase, Wakering Road, Silchester Corner, Barling Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burnt Mills Road, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnt Mills Road, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Courtauld Road for a distance of approximately 500m in a southeasterly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd October 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30075137700 -JK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling and pole replacement works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Burnt Mills Road, Rushley, Tyefields, Rectory Road, London Road, Pound Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lower Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 155m north of its junction with New Park Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS289739AA- Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Greensward Lane, Spa Road, Main Road, Aldermans Hill, High Road, Hockley Road, Hambro Hill, Hullbridge Road, Lower Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic & Clearway) (No.9) Order 2021 Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th October 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 265m north east of its junction with Hyde Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA74313400 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lark Hill Road, Canewdon Road, Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
