LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that Shadow Brewing Limited have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Shadow Brewing, 98 Boroughgate, Otley, LS21 1AE I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00-22:00 Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 21, incident register, litter clearance.
