I give notice that Kingston Gate Properties Ltd is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Hybrid application comprising: Detailed application for Canbury Place car park and 12-52 Kingsgate Road for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of two buildings to provide residential apartments (use class C3), office space (use class B1 a), nursery/offices (flexible use class D1/B1a) and gym/offices (flexible use class D2/B1a) with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the stopping up (closure) of Kingsgate Road - this application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement
Outline application, with all matters reserved except access, for 13-43 Richmond Road for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a building to provide residential apartments (use class C3) and retail (use classes A1-A3).
