VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Alex Ford has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of 4D, 33 Trinity Street, Dorchester, Dorset for an extended licence between the hours of 1am and 4am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
