HARE LANE GREEN COMMON - NOTICE OF PROPOSED WORKS
Luminous Property Group ("Applicant") is applying to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on the Hare Lane Green Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The Applicant is seeking consent for works within the common which form part of the installation of a raised, widened footway along Littleworth Road between the southern access of Claygate House and the unmetalled track on the Common (per planning permission 2020/2095).
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Esher Library, District Central Library, Old Church Path, Esher KT10 9NS during normal office hours until Friday 5 November 2021.
