NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that NEXT Retail Limited has applied to the London Borough of Merton on 1st October 2021 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at NEXT Retail Limited, 88 Bushey Road, Raynes Park, New Maiden, London, SW20 0JH For the sale of alcohol (by way of alcoholic gifts) for consumption off the premises from 09:00-21:00 Mondays to Fridays, 06:00-19:30 Saturdays and 11:00-17:00 Sundays. Representations should be made in writing by 29th October 2021 to :- Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 14th Floor, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by e-mail to licensing@merton.gov.uk Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so, by appointment, at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00-16:30 Fridays. NOTE: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
