KYLE & UPPER OUSE INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD (THE BOARD) LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991 (THE ACT) DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVIES

AS REQUIRED by Section 48(2) of The Act the Board give notice as follows:- 1. On the 10th February 2014, the Board made a Drainage Rate of 4.1p in the pound, in respect of Agricultural Land and Agricultural Buildings in the District to raise £43,938 of their expenditure for the year ended 31st March 2015. 2. Also on the 10th February 2014 the Board made Special Levies on:- City of York Council - £104,021 Hambleton District Council- £11,825 to raise their balance of the expenditure for the same year.
