(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.25) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on both sides of the Unnamed Road adjoining Tawneys Road, Harlow, from its junction with Tawneys Road, south west for a distance of approximately 7.9 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL450 087 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 07 March 2022.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Rye Hill Road, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rye Hill Road, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 930m southeast of its junction with Long Wood for a distance of approximately 125m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd October 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044290868000 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via London Road, Hasb'ngwood Roundabout, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Southern Way, Paringdon Road and vice versa (access only to Rye Hill Road).
The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wind Hill, Magdalen Laver) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wind Hill, Magdalen Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 680m southwest of its junction with Harlow Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410120050 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while valve repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Wind Hill, Weald Bridge Road, Greenman Road, Tilegate Road, Workers Road, High Laver Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 200m norm of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 305m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11 th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30092333388 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via (access only through Berwick Lane), School Road, Church Road, London Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hobbs Cross Road, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 135m northwest of its junction with New Way Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06043105/RH - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Foster Street, Green Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
