Details of the application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St. Helens WA10 1HF between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in respect of this provisional statement application should do so in writing to the above address before the date specified below.
