Premises Licence Application

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Mary Jemila Anton Jeyakumar has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Sandford Road Convenience store, Sandford Road, Sandford, Wareham, Dorset, BH17 8TY for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 06:00am to 11:00 pm and for 7 days week. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
