NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES FOR CLAIMS UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27(1)THE ARAMARK LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN ("THE PLAN")

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Plan that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Plan are required to send particulars in writing to Mr David Fawcett c/o The Trustees, Aramark Limited, Caledonia House, Lawnswood Business Park, Redvers Close, Leeds, LS16 6QY within two months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Plan in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Plan or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice of. Any person who has recently been in contact with, or received correspondence from, the Trustees (or Mr Fawcett, on behalf of the Trustees) before the date of issue of this notice, need not respond to this notice.
