Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Richmondshire Dist­rict Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, Richmond Road, HipswelLCatterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, DL9 3JA.The proposed variation is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 06:00 to 00:00 every day of the week. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond. Representations concer­ning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named at any time up to and including 25 October 2021. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maxi­mum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
