(Kingsmuir Crescent, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (Kingsmuir Crescent, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 30 September 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 8 October 2021 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 each day. The Order is required for carriageway works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Kingsmuir Crescent, Peebles. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Glen Road, Glensax Road, and Victoria Park Drive to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
