Notice Is hereby given that that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Part 111 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' on the following lengths of various roads in the City of Chelmsford.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Church Lane, Braintre in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 50m north west of its junction with Coldnailhurst Avenue for a distance of approximately 270m in a north westerly direction.
