(Various Roads, Gershwin Development) (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting/Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.14) Order 20**
Notice Is hereby given that that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Part 111 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' on the following lengths of various roads in the City of Chelmsford.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles.

(Bovingdon Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bovingdon Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1500m south of its junction with Codham Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 280m in a south westerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLC5F3SA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Church Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Church Lane, Braintre in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 50m north west of its junction with Coldnailhurst Avenue for a distance of approximately 270m in a north westerly direction. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th October 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315595 - Essex County Council). (Church Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street to its junction with St Andrews Road a distance of approximately 78m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010648267 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Church Road/Park Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Road/Park Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintee, from the junction with Rickstones Road to the junction with Parkgate Road a distance of approximately 2126m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317793 -Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Codhams Lane, Shalford in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 85m in an easterly direction.
