Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnham Road, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m south east of its junction with Maldon Road to its junction with Rectory Lane a distance of approximately 1090m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS000990131 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Chelmsford Road, Maldon Road, Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Wycke Hill Business Park, Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Pump Lane and vice versa with access to Marlpits Road via Goat House Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kelvedon Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 105m north of the junction with Waldon House Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS268388A -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
