The Redbridge (Parking) (Amendment No. 7) Order 2021
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 23rd September 2021 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order, which will come into force on 4th October 2021, will be to introduce new electric vehicle recharging bays in the locations detailed below. Where necessary existing parking places will be reduced or removed to accommodate the new recharging bays.

3. A copy of the Order, plans of the relevant roads and the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders can be inspected between 10.00am and 5.00pm on Monday to Saturday (except on Bank Holidays), at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA or can be requested by emailing

4. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Schedule 1 - Electric vehicle recharging bay, operational at all times Buckingham Road, at the side of no. 44 Rutland Road; Derby Road, outside nos. 90 to 96; Grove Road, the north-west side, approximately 50 metres north-east of its junction with Lincoln Road; Hermitage Walk, outside 44 to 54; Monmouth Avenue, at the side of no. 27 Charnwood Drive; Stanley Road, at the side of no. 41 Derby Road.
Schedule 2 - Electric vehicle recharging bay, SW permit holders only, operational at all times Orford Road, at the side of no. 45 Pulteney Road.
Schedule 3 - Electric vehicle recharging bay, WD permit holders only, operational at all times Nelson Road, at the side of no. 101 Wellington Road.
