NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land Within Prince of Wales House Estate, Between Prince of Wales Close And Fuller Street Hendon NW4 4RR.
I give notice that London Borough of Barnet is applying to London Borough of Barnet for planning permission for the Provision of 76 car parking spaces (45 existing parking spaces to be retained and 31 parking spaces re-provided from Fuller Street Public Car Park, part of LBB Planning Reference 21/4612/FUL), plus creation of informal play-area, public realm improvements and associated landscaping to Prince of Wales Estate. Any owner(s) of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at London Borough of Barnet, Development and Regulatory Services, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW quoting planning case reference 21/5061/FUL within 14 days of the date of publication.
Any "owner' means a person having a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. Statement of owners' rights The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' right to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
