NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BXS Limited Partnership has applied to London Borough of Barnet on 21 September 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Pizza Kitchen, Unit 9 & 11 Claremont Way, London, NW2 1AJ for the sale by retail of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW to be received by no later than 19 October 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website 

or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
